Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate position requires a candidate to be organized and work well with others. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work well with other existing long term staff. Must have some dental insurance knowledge and understanding.

Duties:
Maintain the doctor's chairs to ensure they run smoothly and are adequately scheduled.

Update and utilize the doctors treatment plans.

Use insurance breakdowns in order to give accurate treatment estimates.

Work with clinical staff to coordinate patient care.

Field new patient calls and emergency calls.

Manage patients collections for one doctor.

Assist with other office tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
