Dental Receptionist

Job Summary

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.

Verify insurance coverage and benefits
Collect payments and process billing through electronic billing systems
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Answer patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Experience
Prior experience in a dental or medical office environment is highly preferred, especially in front desk or administrative support roles within a dental clinic setting
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft is preferred.

Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) are important
Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and clerical experience in a healthcare setting
Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
