Dental Receptionist/Financial Coordinator

Shawnee Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Front Desk Team Member to join our fun, compassionate office working Monday through Thursday between our Shawnee and OKC midtown office (mostly in Shawnee - one day in OKC - also open to flexibility and just being in Shawnee for 3 days per week).

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and loves working with children and families. A love for kids—and our therapy dog, Teddy—is a must!

We would prefer someone with a strong background in dental front-office operations, specifically handling patient financials, insurance verification, treatment plan presentations, etc. Dental experience is strongly preferred, but a great attitude and strong people skills matter most.
