Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, experienced dental receptionist who can run the front desk with confidence. You're personable, professional, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder, you just get things done. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy working with patients, we want to hear from you.
Pay is based on experience.
Job Role:
Greet and check in patients, making every visit feel welcoming and smooth
Answer phones, manage scheduling, and handle appointment confirmations
Manage patient recalls and follow up to keep schedules full
Verify insurance, collect payments, and process billing
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently day to day
What we are looking for:
Prior dental front desk experience — this is not an entry-level role
Hands-on experience with Dentrix
Warm, professional manner with patients — you set the tone for the whole visit
Self-motivated and able to manage your responsibilities without being prompted
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
**This is a full-time position. We need someone who is consistent, dependable, and ready to be a long-term part of the team.**
