Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
Answer questions about the office and direct calls.
Answer patient's questions regarding insurance, payment options, and appointment scheduling.
Schedule appointments.
Provide telephone triage to patients with urgent dental concerns.
Answer telephones using a pleasant tone of voice.
Display professionalism.
Assist dentist chairside
Check insurance coverages and follow up on dental claims
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
