Job Description
Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator
Gold Coast Dental Center · 28-32 hours· $18–$20/hr
This isn't just a front desk job. It's the heartbeat of our practice.
You'll be the first and last impression for our patients. You'll set the tone for how they feel and whether they trust us with their long-term dental health. If you're hungry, humble, and hardworking, you'll fit in here.

What you'll do
Greet patients warmly in person and on the phone
Schedule, confirm, and fill appointments, with a focus on keeping the hygiene schedule full
Check patients in and out, collect payments, and discuss financial options
Verify insurance and help patients understand their benefits
Keep accurate patient records and follow HIPAA
Coordinate between patients and the clinical team to keep the day on time
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service and phone skills
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with computers (Dentrix is a plus)
Dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual, social media, or video editing skills are a plus

About Gold Coast Dental Center
