Job Description
California KiDDS Pediatric Dentistry is is looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist. Candidates must have excellent customer service people skills, be upbeat with a positive attitude, and work well with children and adults.
Job duties include data entry, checking in patients, answering multi-line telephones, insurance verification, scheduling for multiple doctors and locations and various other front office duties.
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. Benefits include paid time off, vacation pay, paid holidays, and 401k plan. Application process includes background and drug screening.
