About us
We are a unique, non-corporate dental office located right off the 401 on the Trenton Frankford Rd. Amazing team and wonderful patients. General dentistry office with the principal dentist focused on TMD, ortho and airway focused dentistry.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9-5, Friday's 9-4.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule hygiene, regular dental and infant (tongue/lip release) appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records
-Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
-Treatment coordinating for associate dentist for regular dentistry, implants, etc
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology. Software is Tracker
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Hourly wage based on experience and negotiable.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
