Dental Receptionist/Front Desk Assistant

Langan Dental is looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our friendly team! We’re a fun, laid-back office with an amazing team and easy-going doctors who truly enjoy what they do. We believe in creating a positive environment for both our patients and our staff. Dental or front desk/reception experience is a definite plus, but it’s not required! We’re happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, enjoys helping others, and is eager to learn. The ideal candidate will commute to both Honesdale and Clarks summit offices 2-3 days each office. ​ Responsibilities include: Greeting patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance and collecting payments Managing patient records and paperwork Assisting with treatment scheduling and coordinating care Communicating with patients regarding appointments and reminders Working closely with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly Providing exceptional customer service to every patient We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, dependable, and professional Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude Eager to learn and grow If you’re looking for more than just a job and want to become part of a supportive dental family, we’d love to meet you!
