Perio Practice — Fairlawn, Ohio
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive person to join our team. You’ll be the first person our patients see, so we need someone who balances a professional, high-end dental experience with a genuinely kind, welcoming approach.
What you’ll do:
* Greet patients and handle phones with a polished, friendly tone.
** Manage scheduling and following up with pending treatment
*** Create insurance claims, submit Pre-Ds, handle billing and collections
**** Ensure all referrals and radiographs are 100% ready before the patient arrives.
Who you are:
*Experienced: You have a background in a dental or specialty office
**Proactive: You don’t wait for things to happen; you look ahead and stay organized.
***Great at Communication: You’re comfortable discussing financial details and schedules with confidence and empathy.
