Job Description
Front Office Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator / All on X Dental Implants Clinic
Location: Vancouver, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30-$40/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses
About Us
We are a high-performing, 100% insurance-free dental implant practice specializing in All-on-X full-arch reconstruction. We provide life-changing treatment in a modern, patient-focused environment where exceptional service, communication, and follow-through are essential.
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator who can manage the full patient experience—from the initial phone call through consultation, treatment acceptance, scheduling, and ongoing care.
This is not a traditional receptionist position. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling front office responsibilities while also building relationships with prospective patients, discussing treatment and financing, following up with leads, and helping patients move forward with care.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and confidence
Call, text, and follow up with new patient leads from marketing campaigns
Convert patient inquiries into scheduled consultations
Greet patients and provide a warm, professional, concierge-style experience
Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and daily schedule flow
Guide patients through the consultation and treatment process
Present treatment plans and explain recommended care clearly and confidently
Discuss treatment costs and available financing options
Help patients overcome concerns and make informed decisions about treatment
Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have not yet scheduled treatment
Collect payments, post treatments, and complete end-of-day reconciliation
Maintain accurate patient, scheduling, and financial records
Coordinate closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
What You Won’t Have to Do
Because we are a 100% insurance-free practice, there is:
No insurance verification
No pre-authorizations
No claim submissions
No appeals or EOB follow-up
This allows you to focus on patients, communication, scheduling, service, and case acceptance rather than insurance paperwork.
Qualifications
Dental front office or treatment coordination experience
Sales, customer service, and or lead-conversion experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident and professional on the phone
Comfortable discussing treatment fees, financing, and high-value treatment
Ability to manage multiple calls, patients, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
Implant or full-mouth reconstruction experience is a plus
Motivated by performance and results
Compensation & Benefits
$30–$40/hour based on experience
Performance-based bonus opportunities up to 24k per year
Health insurance with 100% of employee premium paid by employer
401(k) matching
Paid time off
Dental benefits
Employee discounts
Continuing education and training
Long-term growth opportunities within an expanding implant practice
We are looking for someone who can be both the professional face of the practice and a trusted patient advocate—someone who is organized, personable, confident, and motivated to help patients move forward with life-changing dental care.
