Job Description

Are you someone who notices the small things — the patient who seems a little nervous, the referral note that doesn't quite add up, the schedule gap that needs filling before anyone has to ask? Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment where critical thinking matters as much as a warm smile?

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

We're looking for a front desk administrator who wants to join a team of top performers — talented, caring, dependable, compassionate, and genuinely great at what they do. A team that works hard, looks out for each other, and actually enjoys coming to work. If you want to be part of an environment where patients come first and there is NO drama, then look no further.

ABOUT US
Langley Perio & Implants is a rapidly growing surgical specialist practice focused on providing exceptional periodontal care in a warm, comforting environment. We use the latest technologies — digital treatment planning, CBCT and intraoral scanning, lasers, PRF, IV sedation, endoscope, and more — and we've been proudly serving patients from our location one block north of Willowbrook Mall for over 25 years.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a passive front-desk position. Our schedule involves moving parts — surgery days, urgent referrals, sedation coordination, and patients with complex treatment plans. You'll need to anticipate problems before they happen, connect information across systems, and make smart, independent decisions when the clinical team is in operatory.

Day to day, you'll be:
The first face patients see when they choose us for their periodontal care — your compassion and attention to detail sets the tone for their entire experience
Coordinating appointments, managing a complex surgical schedule, and ensuring smooth day-of flow for patients and the clinical team
Communicating with referring dental offices — professionally, promptly, and accurately
Taking initiative and owning your responsibilities — we trust our team to step up
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone meticulous. You catch the details others miss, and it bothers you when things aren't done right. That's not a flaw — it's exactly what we need.

Someone who thinks ahead. You connect the dots, anticipate what's coming, and solve small problems before they become big ones.

Someone whose previous co-workers would describe them as AMAZING. Seriously — our team is AMAZING, and we need someone who fits right in. Only those with a positive attitude should read further!

Experience in a specialist or surgical dental practice is a strong asset. Familiarity with Tracker or similar practice management software, treatment plan coordination, and referral management is preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive wage package commensurate with experience
Extended health benefits
Uniform allowance
Continuing education to support your professional development
Opportunity for advancement within a growing practice
Team building activities — we like each other outside the office too
No evenings. No weekends. Ever. (Yes, really.)
Staff rates on Botox therapeutic and cosmetic — a unique perk you won't find at most practices
HOW TO APPLY
If you're ready to join a dedicated, professional team that makes a genuine difference in patients' lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.

To show us you read carefully, please include the word "meticulous" in your answer to our application question. Applications without it may not be reviewed.

Please note: although we appreciate all interest in this position, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Thank you for your understanding.
