Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain an efficient schedule.
Handle phone inquiries, emails, and patient communications promptly and professionally.
Verify patient insurance
Collect payments and provide accurate financial information.
Maintain and update patient records in our dental management software.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese
Previous experience in a similar is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate !
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance verification is a plus.
Proficiency in Open Dental or Practice Web.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
