Job Description
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's phone system
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working as a dental receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly, calming, and professional demeanor
This position requires the ability to handle a high volume of phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced dental office environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive patient experience.
