Dental Receptionist

Job Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Receptionist, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a welcoming environment for patients while supporting the smooth operation of our practice. Dental experience is an asset but not exclusively required for this position.

This is primarily a front-desk/reception role, with a small creative component focused on helping us share our practice and team online.

What You’ll Do:
Dental Reception Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
Handle patient check-ins, payments, and insurance information.

Coordinate appointments and help keep the front office running smoothly
Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and electronically
Social Media Responsibilities (a smaller part of the role):
Film simple, engaging content with the dental office owner and team
Help brainstorm fun and educational content ideas
Post and schedule content across our social media accounts
Capture the personality, services, and behind-the-scenes moments of our practice

Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
Confident and comfortable being creative and filming content
A positive team player with a great attitude
Previous dental reception experience is an asset

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
