Job Responsibilities:

-Patient Liaison—serving customers over the phone and in person, starting from
when they first walk into our office.

-Verifiing insurances and benefits

-Schedule patient appointments for hygiene and emergencies.

-Have an understanding of and desire to schedule smarter (and to goal), not
harder.

-Partner with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure effective scheduling.

-Present new patients in our morning huddle so the team can best serve them.
