In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out and scheduling of their procedures.
Schedule appointments accurately utilizing dental clinic scheduling software (Eagle Soft), ensuring optimal patient flow.
Verify insurance coverage and process payments efficiently while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.
Handle phone communication with professionalism, providing clear information about services, appointment reminders, and answering patient inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-functioning reception area.
Qualifications
Must have experience in a dental office, with knowledge of dental terminology.
Familiarity with dental billing and coding.
Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone communication and professional office etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
