We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Mount Hope Dental Care in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering excellent patient service, supporting our mission to create a positive dental experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
Handle multi-line phone systems to coordinate appointments and inquiries.
Maintain electronic medical records using Dentrix software.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless office operations.
Provide administrative support including billing, insurance processing, and correspondence.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
Ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting.
Proficiency with Dentrix
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Organized with strong administrative skills.
Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented attitude.
Prior experience preferred but will willing train the right candidate
