**NEW OFFICE OPENING IN SEPTEMBER**
Job Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Receptionist, where your energetic and organized approach will be the first point of contact for our patients. In this vital role, you will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, handle insurance verifications, and ensure seamless administrative operations. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software such as Dentrix
Manage medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain organized filing systems
Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical history and updating electronic health records
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Support clinic operations by performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements
Familiarity with EHR systems like Dentrix is highly preferred
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and dental practice management software such as Dentrix
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional patient service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities
Ability to review medical documentation accurately while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations
Prior clinic or healthcare office experience is highly desirable
