Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator

Dental Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our family dental practice.

We are looking for someone with previous dental office experience who is familiar with the day-to-day flow of a dental front desk. Experience with dental insurance, billing, and Dentrix is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person in these areas.

Responsibilities may include:
Greeting patients, answering phones, and assisting with patient questions
Scheduling and confirming appointments while maintaining an efficient schedule
Reviewing treatment plans and helping patients understand their next steps
Verifying insurance benefits, submitting claims and pre-authorizations
Posting insurance payments, reviewing EOBs, and following up on outstanding claims
Assisting with patient accounts, billing, and general front desk duties
