Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator(Bilingual Spanish Speak)

Overview
A private practice in East Windsor, NJ is currently looking for a highly motivated and team player to join our practice. Great customer service and overall patient experience a must. Experience is preferred, but not not required. Experience with Open Dental is helpful, but not required. Candidate must have proper phone etiquette and must be a multi tasker.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.

Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.

Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information about services and addressing patient concerns.

Maintain accurate patient records, including insurance information and medical histories, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Process payments.

Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.

Call insurance companies for breakdown and benefit details
Help with sterilization of instruments/ operatories
Bilingual skills necessary
X-ray license a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
