Dental Receptionist Position – Privately Owned Dental Practice
We are a privately owned and operated dental practice looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team!

Our office takes pride in providing excellent patient care in a warm, welcoming environment. We have an amazing dental team that works closely together, and we are looking for someone who will be a great fit and blend seamlessly into our positive office culture.

Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients with professionalism and warmth
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
Checking patients in and out
Managing patient records and treatment coordination
Collecting payments and handling financial arrangements
Supporting the clinical team to help maintain smooth office flow
Qualifications:
Dental office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling systems is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
