Job Description
Do you love helping people and being the friendly face that makes someone’s day better? Our upbeat and patient-focused dental office is looking for a bright, energetic Dental Receptionist to join our team! You’ll be the first smile our patients see when they walk through the door, helping create a welcoming and positive experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients warmly and make them feel comfortable
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork
- Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
- Help coordinate the daily schedule with our dental team
- Collect payments and assist with basic billing
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, positive personality with great people skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Dental or medical office experience is a plus (but not required for the right candidate!)
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
