We are looking for an exceptional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist is responsible for communicating essential information to patients, such as appointment scheduling, business operations and insurance details. This position also requires the ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and accuracy. We are searching for a flexible team player who can effectively handle stress in a fast-paced environment while still being able to maintain a positive outlook.
Languages: Bilingual Spanish
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, take messages, and schedule appointments for all patients.
Act as a first-line contact for patients, patients' families, and outside agencies.
Respond to patient inquiries, provide work instructions, and route other calls texts and emails appropriately.
Prepare patient charts and insurance forms; maintain chart records.
Provide clerical support as needed.
Ensure that medical records are properly maintained according to HIPAA
Respond effectively to incoming email and text messages pertaining to patient appointments and continuing patient care.
Send outgoing calls/texts and emails to schedule dental appointments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
