As a Dental Receptionist at Island Dentistry, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in managing appointments and ensuring smooth operations within our dental office. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.

Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the dental team.

Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered.

Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records.

Assist with medical billing and coding tasks as needed.

Manage phone systems to ensure effective communication with patients and staff.

Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient flow and satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with phone systems and administrative procedures.

Basic understanding of coding practices related to medical billing is a plus.
