Dental Receptionist

Our dental office is seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of the front office.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
Verify insurance information and process payments
Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a dental office or medical front office setting
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing is a plus
Open to commuting to our offices in Yorba Linda, Diamond Bar and Lake Forest.
