Endodontic Specialty Practice | Lakeland, FL | Full-Time

Our growing Endodontic specialty practice in Lakeland, FL is looking for an energetic, professional, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our office.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, staying organized, and helping create an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Answering multi-line phones and scheduling appointments
Managing patient check-in/check-out processes
Coordinating referrals with general dental offices
Verifying dental insurance benefits and explaining coverage
Maintaining accurate patient records and communication
Supporting smooth daily front office operations
What We’re Looking For:
Dental front desk experience required
Endodontic or specialty experience is a plus
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment coordination
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Bilingual candidates required
