Dental Receptionist

Our general dental office is a modern, clean facility providing patient focused state of the art care that helps our patient’s have healthier, more attractive smiles. A truly team- oriented, supportive atmosphere helps our staff create a warm, caring environment for our patients. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized and will work well with our team to meet these standards.

Job Resposibilities:
· Greeting patients
· Answering the telephone
· Scheduling appointments
· Maintaining patient records
· Coordinating patient care flow
· Communicate with patients regarding their treatment plan
· Assist patients with insurance benefits
· Communicate with insurance company
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in dental or medical office preferred, but not required
· High School diploma
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multi task
· Organized and detailed oriented
