We’re expanding our dental team and looking for a friendly, reliable, and personable Dental Receptionist to join our growing private practice! In this essential front-office role, you will be the welcoming face and efficient coordinator for our patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from appointment scheduling to check-out.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using Open Dental.

Schedule appointments efficiently, manage cancellations, and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic operations.

Collect and process patient payments.

Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing clear information about services, appointment availability, and insurance inquiries while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical confidentiality policies in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements
Dental experience required
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Office hours:
Monday: 7:30-3:30
Tuesday: 7:30-3:30
Wednesday: 8:00-3:00
Thursday: 8:00-3:30
Friday 8-12
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
