Dental -Front Desk Receptionist/Business Coordinator- General Practice

PATIENT CENTERED PRIVATELY OWNED GENERAL PRACTICE is seeking an experienced individual to work as Business Coordinator. Patient care is our top priority. We implement state-of-the-art technologies which allows our practice to perform efficiently both clinically and administratively.
Our practice is actively seeking a friendly, caring, enthusiastic, reliable, and a professional individual to join our team. We value an individual who exhibits the ability to handle multitasks, is a self-starter, productive and works well with peers and doctor.
Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
-Minimal of 3-5 years dental experience*
-Knowledge of Eaglesoft Dental practice software is a Benefit
-Presenting treatment plans and collecting payments
-Understanding the Dental Insurances and the ability of using it in case presentation*
-Understanding productive scheduling and managing of appointments/goals
-Ability to answer multiple phone lines and greeting patients
-Excellent customer service and oral and written communication skills*
This is an opportunity for Part-Time or Full-time position
