Job Description
Orbit Imaging provides advanced diagnostic imaging and reporting services to dental professionals throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Licensed Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our team 3 days per week in a patient-facing reception role.
As the first point of contact for our patients and referring offices, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting scheduling, referral management, and administrative operations.

Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)
Panoramic Imaging
Cephalometric Imaging
Digital Impressions
Clinical Photography
Diagnostic and Radiology Reporting
We work closely with dentists and specialists to support patient care, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
Manage patient check-in, intake, consent, and administrative processes
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Process incoming referrals and assist with appointment scheduling
Communicate professionally with patients and referring dental offices
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Provide general administrative and office support
Support the team in delivering an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
Required:
Licensed Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in British Columbia
Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Assets:
Experience with CBCT, IOS, panoramic or cephalometric imaging
Experience working in a specialty dental practice
