Are you a friendly, organized, and dependable individual looking for a full-time role in a supportive dental office? We're hiring a Dental Receptionist to join our front desk team! This is a great opportunity to grow in the dental field — no experience required, we provide on-site training.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a positive attitude
Manage check-out process and appointment scheduling
Answer phone calls and take messages
Maintain the daily appointment schedule
Ensure a smooth and friendly front-desk experience
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Proficient computer skills
Friendly, team-oriented attitude
Dental office experience is a plus, but not required
