Responsibilities
Front Desk / Administrative
Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
Schedule appointments efficiently to maximize chair time
Verify insurance, collect copays, and discuss basic financial arrangements
Answer phones, respond to texts/emails, and manage patient communication
Maintain accurate patient records and charts
Support recall, confirmations, and reactivation efforts
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
