Scheduling Coordinator - Join the Future of Specialty Care

The Role:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the cornerstone of patient scheduling and the first friendly voice our patients hear. You'll orchestrate seamless appointments while providing an exceptional experience for both patients and our referring doctor network.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate efficient schedules across multiple locations
Master our innovative scheduling technology and communication platforms
Provide concierge-level service to patients and referring doctors
Handle insurance and financial discussions with confidence and with the support of our insurance coordinator and administrative team
Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth daily operations
Transform anxious patients into confident ones through empathetic communication
