Dental Receptionist – Mandarin Speaking
We are a well-established and busy dental office in central Mississauga seeking a part-time, permanent Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate is professional, well-spoken, organized, and a great team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English
Must be available to work Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Previous dental office experience is an asset
Primary responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting patients
Appointment scheduling and recall
Answering phone calls and emails
Daily billing and accounts receivable
Insurance coordination and claim follow-up
General front desk and administrative duties
