```Duties```

- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix or other scheduling systems

- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

- Manage patient records, including medical history and insurance information

- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Skills```

- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks

- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines

- Understanding of medical records management
Please note that experience working in a dental office is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses the necessary skills and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
