Dental Receptionist

We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

Responsibilities
Present treatment plans and explain recommended dental procedures
Verify dental insurance and review patient benefits
Discuss financial options and collect payments
Schedule patient appointments efficiently
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
Previous dental office experience preferred (front desk or treatment coordinating)
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with Open Dental is a plus
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
