Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dental receptionist to join our endodontic practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication between patients and their general dentist providers, and maintaining accurate dental records. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of endodontic dental coding, and the ability to work effectively in an endodontic practice. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Having back office experience as an assistant is a plus.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient treatment plans and financial arrangements.
Manage and maintain accurate dental records, ensuring compliance with CDT coding standards.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments/handling inquiries.
Process dental billing and insurance claims.
Serve as a liaison between patients and providers to ensure clear communication regarding treatment options.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist.
Familiarity with dental administrative support functions, including coding and billing processes.
Proficiency in using dental practice management software systems, particularly PBS, is advantageous.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
