Dental Receptionist

Our Office is looking for a full-time permanent Dental Receptionist, preferably with 1-3 years of experience . Knowledge on Dentrix software and additional languages is an asset. The candidate must be a keen and fast learner with good customer service skills.

Office hours: Monday-Friday, two Saturdays a month
Job Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
Perform general office duties such as answering calls, filing, photocopying and faxing
Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling appointments as required
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
scheduling follow up appointments and giving telephonic reminders to the patients
communicating with insurance providers and handling insurance claims and payments
Verifying methods of payments and collecting payments accordingly
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
