Dental Receptionist

Dunwin Dental - a friendly, progressive dental office in Mississauga is hiring a full-time experienced, mature front desk dental receptionist.

Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and ensure that that day is full
Professionally answer phone calls, handle emails, texts and mail
Greet patients and visitors courteously
Effectively manage recalls and accurately manage patient database
Charge for treatments
Follow-up on and process insurance claims
Perform basic admin duties and filing
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 year dental receptionist experience required
Expert in processing insurance claims and collections
Maturity required
Highly productive and efficient
Willingness and ability to take on responsibilities
Excellent people and team work skills
Must have completed high school in Canada
Know Tracker software
Should be willing to learn, will train
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
