Job Description
Overview
Experience Dental Front desk needed for our office in Murphy TX.
Duties
Managing patient calls and scheduling patients.
checking in & out patients
Working on schedule to fill schedule
Making daily calls
Working on pending insurance
Confirming patients for next day
Verifying insurance for next day
Experience
Prior clinic experience or medical office experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Open Dental software is a big plus.
Familiarity with health insurance processes including dental insurances and how to verify and work on pending claims is required.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively
Demonstrated customer service skills in a healthcare setting with excellent phone communication and office management capabilities
Long term opportunity with someone who is good will be considered.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
