Requirements
- Due to a large number of applicants, we are restricting applications to candidates who have 1 year of dental office experience
-Open to being cross trained as receptionist and dental assistant.
-Available to work evening hours 1 day/week. No weekends.
Duties of Dental Receptionist
- provide exceptional customer service to patients in the clinic and on the phone
- verify insurance coverages, present accurate treatment plans, submit claims, collect payments, follow up promptly on outstanding claims
- highly proficient in computer skills as we are a completely digital office
-explain procedures, provide post op instructions, and answer questions from patients
