Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
Manage scheduling, patient communication, and front-desk coordination.
Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies.
Supervise and motivate office staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and insurance claims.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and team members.
Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize workflows and maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, admin Team lead or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., OPEN DENTAL).
Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and compliance regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
Passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.
