Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our growing dental practice in the heart of Newmarket.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Experience with scheduling appointments
Ability to handle direct billing and insurance-related tasks
Bonus Skills (an asset but NOT required):
Experience assisting the dentist chairside
HARP certification
Experience working in the sterilization centre
Experience working with Tracker
Office Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
