Lead Dental Receptionist – Pediatric Office (High-Performing Team)

Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry | East Norriton, PA

At Super Tooth Pediatric Dentistry, our front desk is the engine of the practice—not just a check-in station.

We’re a fast-paced, highly organized pediatric office that runs on structure, accountability, and strong communication. We’re looking for a confident, experienced dental receptionist who can take ownership of the schedule, keep the day flowing, and handle a busy environment without getting overwhelmed.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to run a dental front desk—and wants to do it at a high level.

Compensation

$23–$25/hr + monthly performance bonuses (based on schedule efficiency, reliability, and team performance)

Pay is based on experience and ability to perform independently.

What You’ll Own

Managing a high-volume, multi-provider schedule with minimal gaps

Proactively confirming appointments and reducing no-shows

Handling phones with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth

Verifying insurance accurately and confidently

Supporting patient accounts and collections when needed

Keeping the front desk structured, clean, and on track at all times

Communicating clearly with both parents and the clinical team

What We Expect

Minimum 2+ years dental front desk experience (required)

Strong understanding of insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling strategy

Ability to stay calm, fast, and organized under pressure

High level of accountability—shows up, follows through, and takes ownership

Clear, confident communication with both families and team members

Spanish-speaking is a plus

If you need constant direction or struggle in a fast-paced setting, this won’t be the right fit.

Why This Role Stands Out

We are not a chaotic office—and we don’t hire for chaos.
