Job Description
The team at Skyline Dental Centre located in North Vancouver, BC is seeking an organized and welcoming Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis to join our wonderful team. You will be the face of our practice, managing front-office operations, coordinating patient care, and ensuring a smooth daily schedule.
The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:
Monday to Thursday
8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
Manage multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and optimize the clinic calendar.
Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and submit billing claims.
Collect payments, co-pays, and process billing transactions with precision
Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations to optimize office workflow
Maintain accurate electronic patient records and dental charts using ClearDent.
Handle general administrative duties to keep the office running efficiently.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1 year of experience as a Dental Administrator is preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology is an asset but not required
Experience with dental practice management software such as Clear Dent is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Fluency in English is required
