```Duties```

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

- Schedule and confirm appointments using the dental office's scheduling system

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing excellent customer service

- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

- Assist with billing and financial transactions, including collecting payments and providing receipts

- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations

- Manage office supplies and inventory, restocking as needed

- Proficient in using dental office systems for scheduling, patient management, and billing

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient service

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dental procedures and treatments

- Familiarity with office procedures, including filing, record keeping, and data entry

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
