About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Dental Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience. We are looking for a dedicated team member who is committed to growing with our practice long term.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients warmly
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations
Verify insurance coverage and process claims
Handle billing, payments, and patient financial inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications
Previous dental office experience in a Canadian setting preferred
Familiarity with the dental terminology and procedures, the ODA Fee Guide and insurance billing is an asset
Experience with Open Dental an asset
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
