Dental Receptionist - Oral Surgery

About Us
We are a fast-paced, patient-focused oral surgery practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and referral offices.

Please note: We are currently seeking candidates who have previous dental office front desk/reception experience. While we appreciate all applicants, we are only considering candidates with dental office administrative experience for this position.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of dental office front desk/reception experience required
Experience scheduling patients, presenting treatment plans, and collecting patient payments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent organizational and computer skills
Experience with Open Dental software preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment scheduling strongly preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
