Job Description
Our dental practice located near Bank and Hunt Club in South Ottawa is seeking an experienced, reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a professional who can hit the ground running.
What You Will Do:
Manage the front desk, including greeting patients, check-ins, and checking out.
Maintain a highly optimized daily schedule and handle patient recalls.
Process direct billing, handle insurance claims (EDI), and collect patient co-payments.
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience working in a dental office front desk setting or as a dental assistant
Software: Confident, independent knowledge of dental practice management software.
